02Kisigo Tea Estate Ltd. The project scope entailed loan restructuring for an extensive agro-processing project. It involved a refinancing option of an existing loan as well as ascertaining the feasibility of setting up a proposed tea processing plant in Mufindi. The project received bank approval of the financing option and term financing of the tea processing plant.
03TMS Investments Limited The project concept involved the construction of the three commercial apartment blocks in the upscale apartments market in Dar es Salaam.
