A Financial Management expert with complementary skills in project management, financial control, data management, as well field research and survey.

At INTERFINi, she coordinates operations related to project consulting, financial management and analysis, project implementation & management. She has been engaged in monitoring and supervision of REA’s project for over 10 years, specifically leading: the Logistic plan for field visits and reporting.

Program Coordinator in the  ICF USA developed, USAID funded Integrated Resource & Resiliency Plan (IRRP) to improve long-term planning and decision-making in the power sector; Coordinating trainings on Energy efficiency to different energy stakeholders such as TANESCO, EWURA and REA,

Ms. Mushi has a B.Com (finance), Masters degree  in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Lund University (Sweden)and  ESAMI (Tanzania), 2014
