Recent changes in development cooperation and funding have created uncertainty, leaving many programs and their impact at risk. This situation pushes organizations to rethink how they use resources effectively in order to achieve their mission and create lasting impact

The retreat workshop is designed to

• Enable participants to gain hands-on strategies and real life cases to attract and sustain resources that strengthen their organizations.
• Explore innovative approaches, expertise in developing an effective resource mobilization plan such as social enterprise models, strategic partnerships, and leveraging local networks to secure long-term sustainability.
• Empower you with practical tools to assess your organization’s sustainability and measure its performance.

• Fee: TZS 500,000 per person
• Early Bird Offer: TZS 450,000 (for payments made by 15th October 2025)
