With a strong background as a Senior Environmental Officer and Quality Assurance Officer at NAOT, Elizabeth has demonstrated expertise in performance auditing within sustainability space. Her notable contributions include authoring critical reports on forestry, fisheries, waste management, and more, while ensuring compliance and adherence to standards. Holding an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences and Management, Elizabeth blends business insights with sustainability expertise to strengthen corporate resilience. Her invaluable experience positions her as an indispensable asset in Sustainability and ESG focused training program.
Michael Onesimo, from INTERFINi- Karakana Consulting
Michael Onesimo is a strategist, educator and entrepreneur based in Tanzania, with regional and corporate experience. Founder of multiple ventures, has advised corporations, banks and programs on product development, climate financing, sustainability and impact financing . He has lectured on the subject in various corporate outfits, universities and non profits ecosystems. He has designed several products with communication industry. He brings in 12 year experience on sustainability, entrepreneurship and strategic planning. Michael has provided industry-academic twinning in various innovative programs. He has work several awards on innovation, support youth programs and re-skilling program. He serves as INTERFINi Associate.
